- Made-to-order items will be shipped in the estimated time frame indicated at the time of purchase.

typically send all items together for sustainability reasons. If you prefer to receive your

We’re shipping daily from our warehouses located in Texas, USA and Germany.

All customers located in the USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand will receive their orders
from our warehouse in the USA. Customers in the EU, UK and worldwide will receive their
orders from our warehouse in Germany.

Orders for delivery outside the USA and EU (not including the UK) may be subject to import taxes and/or duties. Please note, Averie is not responsible for the payment of customs and duties associated with international orders over the customs free value of your delivery location. If your package is subject to import customs or duties, your postal provider will notify you directly. Note: in the event, a package is refused by a customer due to import duties, Averie reserves the right to withhold the cost of return shipping/duties from a refund. Please contact our team for further information.

How can I track my order?

You can login to your customer account at any time to see the latest update on your ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces. Once shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

When will my order be sent?

Ready-to-Ship: We aim to fulfill and ship out ready-to-ship orders within 48 hours. Please note, there may be times when fulfillment takes longer. During peak periods this may be extended to 3-5 business days.
Made-to-Order: At the time of placing your order for our made-to-order pieces, you will see an estimated ‘shipping from’ date. These pieces are made as orders are received, and you can check the status of your order in your customer account. While we do our very best to ship each made-to-order piece in the specified timeframe, occasionally, due to order volume and external production factors, this timeframe may be extended.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally from our warehouses in Houston, Texas and Germany. We use DHL, UPS and Fedex couriers for our international shipments to ensure packages are delivered without delay.
Please be aware that international packages may be subject to delivery delays, and additional import taxes and duties at the port of entry. We do not take responsibility for any additional import charges incurred for an international delivery. Packages that are refused as a result of incurred charges may be subject to refunds minus the cost of return shipping, and duties.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible at hi@shopaverie.com and tell us your correct address or order details so we can try to fix this in our system before your items ship.

What if I am not at home when they deliver?

Please use a delivery address where there is someone available to receive or sign fro deliveries. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, postal workers will typically either leave you a note with where you can pick up your parcel, or leave the parcel in a designated safe location. Averie does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If items are left in requested locations, deemed as a ‘safe place’, such as with a neighbour, garage etc Averie cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Where is my order shipping from?

We have two warehouses from where we ship to our customers around the globe.
USA warehouse: sends orders to our customers in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand
Germany warehouse: sends orders to our customers in the EU, UK and worldwide.

How can I return or exchange my order?

We have an easy to use portal for exchanges and returns. You will then be directed to one of our returns locations in either the USA, Germany, Australia or the UK depending on your location.
